Korepetitorius terms of service
These terms apply when you use the Korepetitorius app for macOS and Windows and its account. By creating an account or signing in, you agree to them.
Who provides it
Korepetitorius, including Plus, is provided and sold by SoReachMe MB (company code 307501789, registered address Žalgirio g. 92, Vilnius, 09303, Lithuania). It is made by Liutauras Razma. The app is free to use; Plus is an optional paid plan. Contact: liutauras.razma@soreachme.com.
Your account
- Use your own email address and keep your password to yourself. One account is for one person: addresses that only differ by a "+something" part, or by dots in a Gmail address, count as the same address, and temporary (throwaway) email services aren't accepted.
- If you are under 14, ask a parent or guardian before creating an account or buying Plus.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account.
Using the app fairly
- Korepetitorius is for learning and checking your own work. Follow your school's and exam rules; don't use it where they don't allow it.
- Don't try to break, overload or get around the service, access other people's accounts, or use it automatically at scale.
The built-in AI and its limits
- When you are signed in, the app can answer with our built-in AI, free of charge. It has fair-use limits: currently 4 tasks a day (a task is one selection, in either mode), counted per account and per computer, and a limited number of follow-up messages, practice tasks and answer checks for each task. The daily limits reset at midnight Lithuanian time.
- The built-in AI may pause for everyone for the rest of the day when our daily spending limit is reached. We may change the limits, or pause or end the built-in AI, at any time.
Plus and payments
- Plus is an optional paid plan for the built-in AI: practically no daily limit, more follow-up questions for each task and the most accurate AI model. It is for fair, personal use: there is a monthly allowance; near its end a faster, lighter model answers, and when it is used up you can buy a top-up or wait for the next month.
- You can buy it in the app (Settings → Plan and limits):
- Monthly, €4.99 a month. It renews every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Plan and limits → Cancel subscription; Plus then keeps working until the end of the month you have paid for.
- School year, €29.99 once. It works until 30 June (bought from 1 June: until 30 June of the next year) and doesn't renew.
- Exam season, €14.99 once. It is on sale from 1 March to 30 June, works until 30 June and doesn't renew.
- Top-up, €2.99 once, for Plus only: 35 more detailed explanations for the current calendar month.
- The seller is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added: the price shown is the price you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details.
- Right of withdrawal: Plus is digital content that starts right away. When paying, you agree that it starts immediately and that you therefore lose the 14-day right of withdrawal. Apart from that, refunds follow consumer law; if something went wrong with a purchase, write to us and we will look at it.
- Deleting your account ends Plus and cancels a monthly subscription. We may change prices for future purchases; a price change never affects a period you have already paid for. If the price of the monthly plan changes, we will tell you at least 30 days before your first payment at the new price, and you can cancel before then.
AI answers can be wrong
Explanations and answers are generated by artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) and can contain mistakes. Check important answers yourself or with a teacher. Google's terms apply to that analysis.
The service
The app is provided as it is; the free plan costs nothing. We may change, update or stop parts of it, and we will try to tell you in the app before important changes.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as a lower grade, caused by using the app. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under Lithuanian and EU law.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. If something goes wrong, please contact us first at liutauras.razma@soreachme.com. As a consumer you can also turn to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (vvtat.lrv.lt) or the courts of your country of residence.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
